[IDV #KQH-898131]: IDV problem

Hi Jefferson,

Please make sure you have downloaded the correct version of the IDV:

"IDV 5.5 Installer for Linux (64-bit)"

from what is available here:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/current/index.jsp

Since this is Ubuntu Linux, out of curiosity, what is the output of

uname -a
