HI Kyle,
If your pc is running 64 bit OS, you should stay in the 64 bit version of the
IDV. There is restriction
on the memory in the 32 bit JVM.

You should keep the Windows updated for security reasons, but check the video
card
driver to make it is updated.
I also need to know how much memory available in your PC.
