Sorry for the long delay.

The new NCEI THREDDS went public recently:

https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/thredds/catalog.html

Under blended-global there is oisst data:
https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/thredds/blended-global/oisst-catalog.html
