[IDV #SEL-953595]: IDV publish problems in latest RAMADDA

Brian,

The ramadda plugin needs to be updated. Before doing that officially, try this:

Delete any ramadda publishing plugins in .unidata/idv/DefaultIdv/plugins

Please install this ramadda plugin
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22454023/ramaddaplugin.jar in
.unidata/idv/DefaultIdv/plugins.
