[IDV #VQD-905475]: Doppler on Wheels sweep files

Brian,

The problem is I cannot read the 

swp.1160404201500.DOW6comb.761.280.0_RHI_v330 

file at all by any of our tools so it is difficult for me to diagnose the issue.

However, I can tell that it was written by the  RADX C++ LIBRARY.

The  RADX C++ LIBRARY support at variety of output formats including:

- NetCDF CF/Radial
- NCAR/EOL DORADE
- Universal Format (UF)
- NEXRAD archive level 2

Could you possibly experiment with different output formats?
