[IDV #NZD-336147]: chinese

Xietianrong,

At least part of the problem here is that you have installed the IDV under the
"Administrator" account on your machine. Apparently, you do have the file
permissions the IDV needs to write to C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\.unidata. The best may be to simply re-install the IDV
under your user account rather than the Administrator user account.
