[IDD #IVX-396160]: Bundles to add to IDV Test Suite

Thanks, I will eventually add Jim's bundles. At this point, I am at a "testing
the tests" phase.  (They are portable at this point. Provided you have access to
Docker, it is one command to run them.)

As I understand this issue, the
Convective_precipitation_surface_1_Hour_Accumulation field replaces the field
referred to below. All precip accumulations can be derived from that field.
