[IDV #KAT-451370]: prompting for new version screws up projection

Don,

You are right this problem is in the 5.0 release.

Julien just checked in the fixed and I tested his solution actually works. But 
this is only in the nightly release. For the user running the 
5.0 release, I changed the version information in the javadoc of our web server 
to 5.0, so you will not see the version popup again.
I am planning to change the version info back to normal in the future 5.1 
release.
