[IDV #HZC-397743]: IDV Web start error

This specific error has been fixed the IDV 5.0 which we will be releasing
soon. But unfortunately, webstart will still not work for you because of other
difficult to solve problems which we hope to resolve in the future.

In the meantime, please use the regular desktop version of the IDV.
