[IDV #WGV-349479]: match display region for imagery over poles is weird

Brian,
     You need to set the Match Display Region under display control, View > 
Match Display Region.  Also, you may want to remove the default bundle and run 
the IDV from a clean state.
I played the attached bundle and didn't see any issue with the RBB.
