[IDV #DGU-343008]: IDV v5.0: ISL script to save image fails with custom projection

Dave,
    When I loaded your bundle (xidv), I saw two Views in the Display control, 
but only one View window exist. I know this is likely another bug related. But 
for your problem, you can redo the bundle and make sure only see one View in 
the display control.
