[IDV #CKS-852503]: IDV v5.0: Importing projections

Dave,
    You don't want to write out this .xml file to share. Instead, you need to 
use the 
Plugin Creator to create the projection plugin and share with other 
user/computer.

In the Plugin creator, select Add File in the File menu item, and select 
projection.xml 
from the DefaultIdv folder, and write the plugin, which is a jar file. This jar 
file can be shared.
