[IDV #LMQ-251132]: Failing to convert Pa to m

Hi Ryan,

You should have no problem creating skew-T display. The skew-T requires volume 
data. Even if you want to narrow the vertical range, it should work.

I tested locally and not running any problem. If you still having problem, 
please provide more details information.
