[IDV #ETE-168656]: errors trying to access NARR and RUC data for 2008

Please give us more information about how you arrived at this error.

Shouldn't the URL be 

http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/dods/NCEP_NARR_DAILY/200807/20080727.thredds

instead of 

http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/dods/NCEP_NARR_DAILY/NCEP_NARR_DAILY/200807/20080727.thredds
