Dear Katerina, We spent some time looking at your data. We are close to being able to generate a Skew-T (aerological diagram). Your data, however, are not CF compliant with respect to time (http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/documents/cf-conventions). Also note in the IDV you will have to create parameter aliases for "Temperature_retrieval" and "Dewpoint_retrieval" in order to generate the Skew-T.
