[IDV #VBR-726452]: Focal Mechanism Plotting Error

Greetings Jessica!

It looks like the issue is that the time format of your data is different than 
what is specified in the header. I created a new header for you to try (see
attached). I would double check that your altitude is really in km, as I think
meters makes more sense (some of the values are larger than the radius of
the Earth, which makes me suspicious). Note that I changed the unit to meters
in the new header.
