[IDV #YGM-452601]: data format

Although it is somewhat undocumented, the IDV supports direct reading and 
display of GrADS binary grid files. To read in a GrADS binary dataset, select 
the CTL (Data Descriptor File) in the file chooser. You may have to specify a 
file format of "GrADS Binary Grid Files" in the Data Choosers tab.
