[IDV #NTA-864415]: Trying to load seawinds data in IDV

It looks like you were trying to open the netCDF Subset Service (ncss) link to 
the data - 
try the opendap access method:

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/thredds/dodsC/oceanwinds6hr
