Dear Harold, The data you are loading are too big. You could try increasing the amount of memory used by the IDV. See other performance tuning tips at: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/IDV/docs/userguide/misc/PerformanceTuning.html If possible, you could also try to load your data on a computer that has a larger memory.
