[IDV #YCQ-835230]: Radar file

Greetings Ed,

I checked to see if the file you sent was netCDF, and it isn't. That said, I am 
not
sure what kind of file it is. Could you tell me a little bit more about the 
file, like
where you got it and what kind of RADAR data you expect it to contain? No
worries, we'll solve this mystery.
