[IDV #ARZ-669001]: Color Table Display- Increasing displayed interval

Greetings Jason!

Unfortunately, the IDV isn't capable of doing this at the moment; 
however, we are looking into redoing the Color Scale in the IDV 
and adding controls for the tick marks on the scale is on our list. 
I've added a feature request in our issue tracking system if you'd
like to follow along.
