[IDV #UMH-490755]: Embed IDV in web page

if you run

./runIDV -help

and you will see option -server  (Should the IDV run in collaboration server 
mode)

and this is what can be used in the web page, you should have a user interface 
to let user input and invoke the server side IDV to create image and return to 
web.
