[IDV #VEX-828776]: How to config IDV to Access data from ftp://eftp.ifremer.fr

Bryan,
     You can not use the ftp link to access a remote grid file. Normally, the 
IDV accesses the remote grid data through TDS server. What you can do is to 
download the dataset first and then load it into the IDV.
