[IDV #NRN-127025]: ISL Center Function

Hi Stefan,

Would you mind sending your isl script?

As for the contour labels, I don't think there is an isl way to do that so that 
you can have the same font renderer as the displaylist (however, I'll check 
with Yuan about that).
