Greetings Terrance, The IDV comes with its own JRE and Java3d, so you do not need to install java3d on your system (just a side note). What does the fatal error message say? There have been a few reported issues where the video card driver is slightly out of date and the IDV will no longer start - would you mind checking to see if you have the latest driver? Cheers, Sean > > Good afternoon, > > I'm working with a client to install the IDV software.
