[IDV #KSD-232626]: IDV change region

Hi Argoss,
      In general, you can not changing the region for a bundle. However, if you 
are using the same dataset you should be able to change the region or move the 
data probing in a few steps and do need to do it for each variable, maybe I 
didn't understand your situation correctly.
