[IDV #UQI-376007]: Memory Release

Ok, two steps:

1) Point the cursor to the lower right corner of the Map view window or 
Dashboard widow and left click to see what is the memory usage.

2) Right click and select the "Clear Memory & Cache".


Normally, the IDV will do the cleaning job when loading the next bundle.
