[IDV #FYM-886110]: Smoothing cannot be applied to loops of CAPPI Radar data. [990]

Hi Rick,
    I can not reproduce this in the IDV, could you try the nightly release? If 
you can still see the problem, please attache a bundle and/or some detail 
information.
