[IDV #ADA-103986]: Multiple students with failures re: RHI

Hi Todd,

       The problem you reporting is a different one. It looks like the radar 
datasets are changing their resolution to be the same as dual pol datasets. I 
have the fixed checked in yesterday and still under testing, and it also 
require the changes on the server in order to make it working as before. I will 
let you know.
