[IDV #XYS-192762]: IDV model catalog

Ok, I asked John to add GEFS as he is going to install a new release today. I 
am learning how to do 
this and will add the others in the future. By the way, we already have SREF in 
the idv catalog and I didn't see FNMOC in the motherlode.
