[IDV #PQB-249590]: Cannot gather METAR data

Hi Colin.

I am a bit confused as to how you arrived at this error.  When I open the 
bundle, I see the error you see.

However, when I simply try to get metar data from the IDV (not via your 
bundle), I do not see the error.

What are the step to replicate this error?
