[IDV #LEB-136015]: bundles

Jim,
     After you removed all your favorites from the local machine and bring up 
the "Local Favorite Bundles Manager", you would see these bundles still be 
there,  and you can select each bundle, right click on it and select delete to 
remove it. I tried it in my window machine and worked, let me know if you see 
any issue in your Mac.
