[IDV #GLN-441793]: Radar image streaking

Hi, All

To revive this old thread...

Jim, I am wondering if you have seen this problem lately?

I loaded the attached IDV bundle, but did not notice streaking in the radar 
images on my Mac. (I realize all things are not equal here since I am looking 
at current data.)
