[IDV #UOQ-568385]: Error - IDV installed but not working

Sivaraja,
      You need check the video card, if it is resteicted to 8-bit color, it 
will caused the Java 3D error, and so the IDV configuration error. You can 
modify the runIDV script to add "-debug" and "-trace" option at the end of the 
command line and check the error message.
