[IDV #MWX-875292]: error report

This was the result of an error in how RAMADDA generates the THREDDS catalogs. 
It gave the IDV a bad opendap URL.

That is fixed now. However, the data that this opendap link points to on 
Unidata's LEAD system cannot be found.
