[IDV #NCG-485587]: run time java erros

Sorry, I didn't see that. Is the directory: 
/idvserver/IDV/DefaultIdv

getting created? Is there a jython/cachedir subdirectory being created?

That just tells the JVM that it is headless. You cannot run the IDV in a 
headless environment.
