[IDV #RXA-931865]: Error when running IDV

The error indicates that the IDV was trying to open this as a radar file. In 
the Files chooser, set the Data Source Type to "Grid files 
(netCDF/GRIB/OPeNDAP/GEMPAK)" and 
then try to load the file.
