[IDV #JFR-958392]: Local Data

The file is a Google Earth KMZ file, not a raw radar data file.  To open this, 
either
use the "I'm Feeling Lucky" as the Data Source Type or set it to "Google Earth 
Files (KML/KMZ)" to load this in.  In the Field Selector, you'll need to expand 
the categories to see the individual radars.
