[IDV #PMG-851329]: Assistance

Hi Rachel,

Either the netcdf file is corrupted or we (for some reason) are not able to 
read it.
If its not too big can you upload the file through the form at:
http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload

and we'll take a look at it.
