[IDV #DCO-371115]: Combining Time Steps From Seperate GRIB Files Into One

Hi Jacob,
Is there just one time per each file or do they have multiple times?
If one time, is it the same time?

If you are still having this problem why don't you zip up the 3 files and post 
them here:
http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload

and we'll look at them
