[IDV #ZLX-554570]: bug during seminar loading globe example from ramadda

This is a versionitis problem.  I created the bundle using the latest nightly 
build which includes a new set of background image layers.  The 2.7u2 version 
that you are running doesn't include that layer.  I'll look at creating a 
better error message.
