[McV #FBK-928732]: Wirebox can be different size and location when using 3-panelled tab.

Geospatially all 3 panes are the same. The problem is that only the first view 
has the vertical viewpoint toolbar. So, its 3D canvas is just a bit smaller 
than the other 2. In mcv you could change the skin file to not show the toolbar 
in the first view or to show the toolbar for all views.
