We support the Aspen netCDF format for the upsondes and dropsondes.  Use the 
Files chooser and set the Data Source Type to be Upsonde/Dropsonde files.  I 
tried this with the sample file you sent and it worked that way.  If it still 
doesn't work for you, let me know.
