[IDV #BUV-879142]: Unable to load data using a saved Data Source plugin for observations

Hi Keith-

Geez, you're just finding all the 2.7 bugs! ;-)

My bad.  Tried to fix one thing, broke another.  The fix will be in tomorrow's
nightly build.  I'm trying to make a 2.7u1 release later this week which will
have the WRF fix and this one.
