[IDV #LYI-734165]: Can't display profile in Vertical Profile display...

The problem is that using the Standard Atmosphere to convert from pressure to 
altitude, the first two levels end up being NaN.  That's throwing the graph 
off.  I'm working on a solution, but a workaround is to use the Vis5D pres->alt 
calculation instead of the Standard Atmosphere.  From the Preferences, set the 
Pressure to Height item to Logarithmic under the Formats & Data tab.

Alternatively, skip the first 2 levels in the data subset panel under the 
levels tab.

Someday, we'll have to keep the data in the default units of pressure.
