[IDV #LQW-883363]: editing vertical probe charts with more than 1 parameter

If you right click on the chart, you will get the properties for the entire
chart, not the individual parameters.  We haven't figured out a good way
to turn off that popup menu.

Use the View->Parameter->(your parameter)->Chart Properties.. menu.
That will allow you to set the properties for each parameter.
