On Linux, we find that sometimes clicking on a file name ends up in rename mode. Try the following: - click once on the folder - hit the return/enter key Does that open the folder? Sometimes, making sure you are clicking on the middle of the icon is a bit more effective. One of our developers always uses the click + enter mode to go from directory to directory.
