[IDV #RJX-162617]: Difficulty Converting GFS Data into netcdf with 2.6u2

Hi Bill-

Thanks for the sample file.  I can reproduce the error you are seeing with IDV 
2.6u2.  
The latest nightly build (2.7a1) contains a version of the netCDF library that 
fixes
this bug.  You can get the nightly build at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly

It's pretty stable at this point.
