[IDV #TBT-341940]: Slow image load

Normally when you select multiple files we create multiple data sources, one 
per file. We don't assume
that the files are related.  Before you Add Source under Data Source Type: 
choose "Aggregated Grid Files"
This creates a single gridded data source, aggregating the selected files on 
time.
