[IDV #DTW-679162]: plugin creator

HI Bill,

You mean when you're in the Plugin Creator and select a file with the Browser 
button and you
then select a.jar file that already exists then you get this dialog?  The 
dialog I get is the 
standard "Do you want to overwrite" dialog with the Yes and No buttons.

In the Settings tab in the field selector right click and you can export the 
selected settings
to the plugin creator.
